Maggie has retired from teaching, but may be persuaded to teach locally within driving distance of her home. She will not be teaching virtually.
These fees are based upon the assumption that Maggie may sell books and patterns, and items made by women at the Mongolian Quilting Center. The guild or event organizers will not receive any commissions on these sales.
In addition to teaching fees, travel costs and accommodation must be provided:
Meal reimbursements on travel days and where appropriate ($30/day)
Accommodation in the home of a guild member provided it is a smoke-free household and Maggie has her own bedroom and bathroom. Pets are fine. Alternatively, single non-smoking hotel accommodation with breakfast included or available at a restaurant within walking distance. Internet access.
An engagement is considered booked and the date reserved as soon as the contract has been completed and signed by both parties.
The maximum number of participants for workshops is 20. Special arrangements may be made for additional students in certain workshops, provided that the size of the classroom is adequate. There will be a $25 charge for each additional student over the limit of 20. There is no limit for attendance at lectures.
